Hauppauge FD-Pole fire on Lincoln Blvd

May 29, 2018 1642 hours. Hauppauge Fire Department responds to a pole and wires on fire in front of 83 Lincoln Blvd. Engines 1 and 4 stood by until PSEG arrived and secured the power. At that point the fire was extinguished. The source of the fire was an underground service wire that travels from the ground to the top of the pole. Photos by 3840
