March 28, 2022 1739 hours. The Holbrook Fire Department responds to 376 Plad Blvd in the Victorian Gardens apartment complex. Units arrived to find an active fire in a two story condominium. Crews went to work while mutual aid was requested from the Lakeland, Holtsville and three other fire departments. The fire was confined to an area around the heating equipment exhaust system. There were no injuries. Suffolk Arson Detectives and Islip Town Fire Marshals are investigating.Photo by Mike Allen.
