March 17, 2021 0115 hours. The North Amityville Fire Company responds to a fire at a boarded-up, vacant home at 27 North Somerset Drive. The blaze was quickly extinguished, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation by Babylon Town Fire Marshals and Suffolk County Police Arson Squad detectives.
