May 20, 2018 Nesconset Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a house on fire at 32 Midwood Avenue. Units arrived to find smoke pushing from a two story private dwelling. All of the occupants had safely evacuated and were uninjured. FD personnel stretched a line into the basement and quickly extinguished the fire. Fire Marshals from the Town of Smithtown are handling the investigation.
