Smithtown FD-Fire in a law office on Terry Road

March 9, 1992 Two hours after the fire at the Community Market (now Panico’s), the FD responds to a fire a the law offices of Anes, Friedman, Leventhal and Rubin at 166 Terry Road. This fire was reported at approximately 0600 hours and occurred during the firefighter arson spree. Attorney Leventhal told the Messenger newspaper that someone broke a back window to the basement of the offices and threw something into the room which set several computers on fire.
