Commack FD_Police Booth at Mayfair Shopping center is torched

February 17, 1990 Police booths were used as relief points for officers. There was a phone to call the precinct and headquarters and a desk to write up reports. The booth was torched and police suspected that a motorist that was issued a ticket in this area earlier, set the fire. Arson Squad handled the investigation. Fire reported at 1615 hours.
