Centerport FD-house fire on Bull Calf Lane

January 24, 2017. Fire was reported at 0110 hours during a Nor Easter. Units arrived and had it retoned as a working fire 2 mins later. Fire was in a row of condo units. This was a wind fueled firestorm that consumed at least 8 condo units. Mutual aid was provided by Northport (RIT) Greenlawn to cover, Huntington Manor to the scene, Huntington to the scene, East Nortport to the scene (engine), Cold Spring Harbor to cover, Halesite to the scene. Kings Park FD sent an ambulance to EMS staging at Little Neck Road and Fort Salonga Road.
