Deer Park FD-House fire at 213 Pine Acres Blvd

April 15, 2021. 1727 hours. The Deer Park Fire Department was toned out for a residential structure fire at 213 Pine Acres Blvd. While en route the chiefs were updated by dispatchers that it was an appliance fire with possible extension throughout the house. Units were on scene within minutes and transmitted a working fire as flames were showing from the exposure 3 side of the structure. All occupants were accounted for and were outside of the structure. The department quickly knocked down the fire operating with multiple hand lines. The Department responded with 3 engines, 2 trucks, 2 ambulances, 2 fire police units, 1 safety officer, and 2 chiefs. Mutual aided was provided by Dix Hills Fire Dept, North Babylon Fire Dept, West Islip Fire Dept and the Wyandanch Fire Company.
