Patchogue FD-One of many fires at the former lace mill

January 17, 1972. The Kings Park Fire Department is one of many departments that send units to a raging fire at the Lace Mill in Patchogue. Kings Park sent their snorkel to this particular fire. There are photos and a news article to add to this/

There were a multitude of fires at the Lace Mill right through the late 1990s when it was all torn down to make room for a college.
