December 3, 2021 0828 hours. The Copiague Fire Department responded to a house fire with reports of handicapped occupants trapped within at 4 Campagnoli Ave. Amityville FD was requested for an engine shortly thereafter. shortly thereafter. SCPD unit 109 arrived and advised fire of the working fire. First Engine 1-3-10 had pulled two lines and put them into operation while other members searched the building and confirmed that everyone was out. North Lindenhurst sent a ladder to the scene. The fire was placed under control at 0853 hours. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshals are investigating. Dominick Nuzzi, Chief of Department was the OIC.
