October 29, 2021 1530 hours. Commack Ambulance and Commack Fire Department were dispatched to a report of a car into woods on the exit ramp of the Sunken Meadow State Parkway. Units arrived to find that a passenger vehicle left the roadway, coming to rest along the woods line. Commack FD personnel extricated the occupant from the vehicle while EMS personnel stabilized.
