January 17, 2020 2011 hours. The Hauppauge Fire Department is dispatched with Central Islip Hauppauge Ambulance to a report of an adult female with her hand trapped in a piece of machinery at Contract Pharmacal, 135 Adams Avenue. Suffolk Police arrived first and were able to free the subject, who suffered only minor injuries. The subject was transported to the hospital via ambulance. FD units cleared from the scene by 2030 hours.
