February 27, 1986 Fire sweeps through a 2 story boarding house at 16 Upper Dock Road just before 6AM. A resident named Alfredo, 25, evacuates all 20 of the occupants safely. Fire believed to be caused by a resident that was smoking in bed on the 2nd floor. The owner of the building at the time of the fire is Billy Librizzi.
