August 13, 2019 2143 hours. Smithtown Fire Department responds to a traffic collision on Maple Avenue. Units arrive to find that a vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a utility pole. Crews from 4-2-5 and 4-2-9 secured one vehicle while EMS personnel treated then transported the lone occupant.
