September 16, 2019 2031 hours. The Smithtown Fire Department was dispatched to a traffic collision on Route 347 near Mt. Pleasant Road. Units arrived to find a crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle. The vehicle driver and the motorcyclist were both transported to the hospital via ambulance.
