September 22, 2019 1005 hours. The Smithtown Fire Department responds to a report of a gas leak within Cabo Fresh at 81 Route 111 in the Village of the Branch. Units arrive and after a thorough investigation are unable to find a problem. National Grid is requested to follow up and all units secured from the scene within 40 minutes.
