October 3, 2021 2327 hours. Coram firefighters respond to a house fire at 325 Middle Country Road. On arrival firefighters found the 200+ year old wood frame structure fully ablaze and partially collapsed. The building, which was built by/for Revolutionary War Captain Nathaniel Norton, was completely destroyed. Suffolk Police Arson Squad Detectives and Town of Brookhaven Fire Marshals responded to investigate. There were no injuries.
