January 3, 2022 1925 hours. The Brentwood Fire Department responds to a report of a house fire at 120 Cedar Road in North Bayshore. Crews arrive to find an active fire within a kitchen on the upper level of a two story private dwelling. The fire was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries. The Town of Islip Fire Marshals Office is investigating the cause. There were no reported injuries.
