January 3, 2022. 0454 hours. The Brentwood Fire Department is dispatched to a report of a house fire with occupants trapped within at 58 Stepney Lane. Units arrive to find fire on the upper level of a two story private dwelling. Suffolk County Police Homicide and Arson Squads as well as the Town of Islip Fire Marshals Office are investigating the cause of the fire.
