March 6, 2021 Huntington Manor firefighters responded to a fully involved detached garage fire at 124 West 10th Street. The intensity and heat of the fire caused a full collapse of the structure. Firefighters used two hand lines to extinguish the fire. Huntington Manor was assisted at the scene by the Huntington Fire Department. The Melville Fire Department handled a second alarm and stood by at Manor’s Headquarters. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Suffolk County Police Arson Squad. There were no injuries.
