February 5, 1997. Fire reported at China Delight located at 530 Route 111 in Smithtown at 2007 hours. Units arrive to find active fire in and around the kitchen duct work. Fire is a result of excessive grease build up in the ducts. The restaurant was gutted. Story in the Smithtown News 2-13-1997
