While his Coney Island bound F train was in the Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue Station, passengers alerted him to an adult male that was slumped over and unconscious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bartsch accessed the subject and found that he was in cardiac arrest. Bartsch alerted his dispatcher via radio and began CPR. He was joined shortly thereafter by a FDNY EMT. Together they were successful in restoring the victims pulse and respiration&#8217;s.
