February 6, 1975. Members and their wives and friends turned out to honor past fire chiefs at a reception at the firehouse.The event was arranged by current Chief of Department Peter Christofferson, 1st Assistant Chief Henry Seuling and 2nd Assistant Chief Ed Crean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lt Tom Fallona was master of ceremonies and presented eacvh ex chief with a plaque embossed with a miniature helmet and inscribed with appreciative words.As each recipient walked to the dais, his term of office was reviewed with manpower, equipment and community service data, which gave a graphic picture of the departments growth and responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
