The Brookhaven Fire Department was notified of a house fire at 14 Victory Avenue. Crews arrive to find an active fire on the exterior of  a single story dwelling. The fire was extinguished by firefighters from Brookhaven and East Moriches FD&#8217;s. Shirley Ambulance was also on scene. Firefighters removed a number of pets from within the house. There were no injuries. The Town of Brookhaven Fire Marshals Office is handling the investigation.
